- Select whether you want engraving on the back or not.
- Enter the date from your special moment (please write the month in words). This information is required to find your moon phase.
- Enter a name or initial(s) if you choose the engraved version.
The month in words helps us understand the format of the date. However, if you choose the engraving option, we will engrave your date in numbers.

Moon size is: 0.8 inches (20mm).
The cord has a 2-inch extender for a perfect fit (5cm).
